I love to try my hand at everything, whether it's sports, the arts, professional pursuits, or just about anything that is put in front of me.
That instinct to try something new is the only sane reason I can point to when I look back at my career as to why I chose the startup life after formally studying Neuroscience and Behavior.
As many founders relate to, I trusted my gut and made the leap. It was scary, and I wouldn't change it for the world. In my career, I've experienced the acquisition of said startup, as well as founding two of my own companies. I have walked and am walking the founder life through and through. It's why I love Forecastr, a company that I truly believe in from the inside and out as a contributor and a founder.
I'm also a big believer in the human before anything else. I'm an enthusiastic optimist who loves to invest in others as much as I invest in my own wellbeing. That's also why I love what we're building here at Forecastr, because our team and company are powered by similar principles. Whether it's investing in our customers to help them drive success or investing in our teammates to propel them forward, we lead with people first. That's becoming more and more rare in our world, but it's our differentiator and I am so energized by it.
