Steven Plappert
Co-Founder & CEO
Steven has been fascinated by the power of math ever since he was a kid—the way the right numbers can describe the world and even predict what's coming next. That obsession took him from a Mathematical Economics degree at the University of Kentucky into life as a serial entrepreneur, through Techstars twice with two different companies, and across hundreds of founders he's mentored along the way.
Before co-founding the company he runs today, he built a startup that used fantasy sports for charity and spent years as a fractional finance guy building models for early-stage companies. When he's not helping founders unlock the magic of math, this Kentucky native is usually climbing a mountain (he's thru-hiked the entire Appalachian Trail) or nerding out about startups and the outdoors. If you want to talk any of the above, he's your guy.
Logan Burchett
Co-Founder & COO
Ever since he was young, Logan has been fascinated by how businesses actually work beneath the surface—revenue, cash flow, growth, hiring, fundraising—all of it one big puzzle he loved trying to solve. He studied economics and finance, got his start building predictive models as a financial analyst, and went on to spend years as an outsourced CFO for early-stage startups, building hundreds of financial models and helping founders raise millions.
Along the way he noticed how many of them were making huge decisions without any real financial visibility—the gap that became the reason he co-founded the company he helps run today. What excites him most is helping founders cut through the chaos, understand the story their numbers are telling, and grow with intention instead of guesswork.
