I grew up in Mobile, AL and for me, it's always started with people. I've always been amazed with how fast a day goes by when you're having fun with friends or how even when things get tough, the love from the people around you can comfort you.
At heart I'm a, "It doesn't matter what we're doing if we're doing it with the right people" kind of guy.
But experience has evolved that thought process in my professional settings. Leadership, alignment, proactivity, flexibility, clarity, communication- the list goes on but they all matter. Especially in ways my MBA may not have taught me directly from a textbook.
Companies and employees each invest something valuable in one another and I love maximizing that investment with an attitude that puts encouragement, fairness, respect, and performance first.
